Hi! If you go on to the first page of the discussion page, up at the very top is an index. On the right hand side, it states Type 1. Click on that and you will find discussions that pertain to Type 1 Diabetes, however depending on the discussion they may also pertain to Type 2. But that would be a good place to start looking.

Hope that helps! :)

I am not sure what you mean by "anything". There are many type 1s here some like "Richard 157' who has had t1 for 66 years. or "type1 Lou" who is on the site frequently and is a good friend or "dietcherry" who is also t1, and many others.

If you mean by "anything" diabetic communities like diabetic connect, I am not aware of specific websites which only caters to t1s. Perhaps one of the t1s can point you in the right direction there. Oh yes, perhaps something affiliated with the Joslin diabetes center may be what you might be looking for there.

For information on Type 1 diabetes use google or other search engines and search for IDDM (insulin dependent diabetes mellitus), or juvenile diabetes, or type1 diabetes.

I am trying to help, I pray you find the help for which you are looking
