I got information from a Doctor by way of a friend that she should take Cinnamon. She told me the whole story how it dropped her sugar too low since she is NOT Diabetic, so she went on Mulberry instead , she encouraged me to try the Cinnamon as her other friend did with great results. She was going to be put on the pump and so she tried the cinnamon and now she no longer needs the pump. I started the Cinnamon 2 weeks ago and my sugar went from 200's in the am to 90 to 102. I was taking insulin 5 times the strength of Lantus and Humalog called Humulin-R U500 I am not taking 50% less insulin AM and PM my endroconalagist will be surprised when I see him next week. I myself am astonished. Try it you may find it works for you too!
Week 1—Take 1/4 tsp which equalls 1 - 500mg table Take 3 times a day
Week 2 —Take 1/4 tsp twice a day
Week 3— and there after—- 1 -1/4 tsp every day
If you berp it up it taste like apple pie ! ( a little humor there but true)
