We are told fried foods are bad because of using fats to fry them. If I do not use olive oil I often use Crisco Butter flavored spray. Yes there are a couple of questionable chemicals but I chance those and I do not use it daily. I have used it to make chicken fried stead, added it to stir fry vegetables, used it to flavor veggies on the bbq, fried eggs, sprayed it on pasta, used it on baking dishes, and many other things. I did not like it on popcorn. Though the 6 oz can feels light it lasts me about a year.
