I got brain ijury from a very bad car accident 81101. I used to be very good with my BS #s, now I do not get diaferedic, and can't feel highs or lows at all anymore. I have been in hospital numerous times for low BS.
I guesss I will have to try, but I am getting tired of it, it is a whole nother LIFE.
Does anyone know the effects that a Brain Injury has on diabetes?

I have a neighbor with a son who has tramatic brain injury. He is also Type 1. She told me that since his injury, she finds that the more he becomes frustrated with the inability to still do common everyday tasks, his stress level goes up and so does his count. Also, by checking with his doctor, they discovered that one of his meds related to the injury was affecting his count.
