I just purchased a Elipticle yesterday. Just worked on it a couple of times not over 10 minutes last night before bed. This moring my blood suger was 95.
I found it at a yard sale for 30.00 It is really hard for me to walk because of where I live. With winter coming on. This is great. Hope every one has a blessed day. Mary

Walking is good exercise, the stretch bands, bicycles, exercycles, whatever you can do to exercise-even housework is exercise. The theme is move, move move. Starting with 10 minutes a day is good.

And for those that do'nt have the room for exercise equipment most cities have a work out facility that is reasonable with no contract for the winter months ahead. And some clubs even have month to month membership.

Small town here, but we do have a gym. If you want to pay by the month it is $48. but they do not have a staff on hand so you have to recruit a friend as no one is allowed to workout alone.

I really don't have the room. I put it in back of my chair.
No where in our city do we have a place to go with no contracts, that cost a arm and leg. Thanks for the feed back

Hello Mary, sheesh now it sounds like I am talking to myself. How I envy you. When I was in physical therapy I had the opportunity to use an elicpticle trainer. I loved it and learning how to go backwards was a real challenge. I have a cardio-glide that I have been able to start using again after many years. What ever we do to move a bit more helps.
Have fun with it,

I have found that exercise really helps me to stabablize my blood sugars. It is important for every diabetic to try and find some time to do at least some kind of exercise during the week. I really like elipticles because they are easier on your joints. Best of luck with it.
