Just had to do this…For I know how I get when I am upest, depressed and feeling overall lonely and miserable.
Get Up and Dance!
Now I know some of you may not be able to due to other issues on your health. Yet you must get POSITIVE! You must get HAPPY! You must be SILLY as heck. Why? Cause something can change within you if you do. You can sick on the log and be miserable or get up whether in mind or body and do something. Yes our health issues can rule supreme. Yes it can affect your mood, and life. Yet are you tired of being sad, mad, frustrated, ticked off, scared, and lonely? Well if you are, you now have a CHOICE. Maybe not with regards to your health issue you are facing and dealing with, but your ATTITUDE does help to make an impact on all of that. You can say hmm what can I do to find something to smile or laugh about? Or you can do nothing. I personally find it uplifting and sometimes down right silly and funny, to act out of character. Yet for me my character is borderline silly LOL Greatest thing is to say Today isnt a good day and tomorrow doesnt look good either. LOL Put on so music and dance. OR wiggle in your bed or chair if you cant do that. Even better make funny faces at yourself! LOL Why? Cause its fun and its better than the alternatives! So find something to be HAPPY about or FUNNY!
