I have been looking for a Food Diary/Log that allows the input of blood glucose levels each day, along with blood pressure data. I found one that was pretty good, but it would not migrate to my notebook without paying a second license fee, which I thought was ridiculous. I travel quite often and found that the absence of my "food diary" seems to engender self-destructive eating (sadly, I am either something of a gourmand, or simply an out of control glutton ). Any software advice would be truly appreciated.
