Stress is that feeling of tension that comes from being under physical or mental strain or pressure. Being unable to cope at work or frequent illness are only two examples of how stress affects our lifes. Stress is part of life, but people with diabetes face special challenges with stress because it can affect our blood glucose levels.

Yes stress will effect our blood sugar. Try not to dewell up on the stress and get your mind on something else. Someone wise once told me "you can't think of two things at once" meaning if your mind is on positive things then it won't focus on the stressful things at the same time. So fill your mind with positive and good things and this will help you from thinking of the stress. I hope this helps you. God bless
