Maybe everyone who reads this post and we can learn one thing from everyone, on how to simplify our lives. Maybe we could all live a little quieter, easier life.
I'll Start
I have a mail order prescription plan; and am able to order by phone or online.
I try to plan for all my bills one month ahead of time, so I can pay them all at once.
Outside of that; I only make one plan per day, as to what job I will do. What do you do to simplify your life?

I am a 'list' person. My kids and friends laugh at me for it but I always say "Hey, if I write it down, I don't have to remember all that stuff, I just have to remember where the list is!!" Makes it easy to see what's up for the day or week. I also have a grease board on the fridge with an inventory of what fresh vegetables and fruit are in there. We waste a lot less this way, don't have to dig in to see what's there it's just on the front and we erase it when it's gone…:)

I like the grease board idea. Does it keep people from opening a second of something before the frist one is finished? LOL

We only use it for fruits and vegetables so I'm not sure if it would work for that… LOL I have a whip you can borrow though, that might help… just kidding… LOL

LMAO! I will borrow that! LOL. Bread is the worst thing. I have one who won't eat the heels, so even if it is just close, she opens up the new one. And I don't know how many half used onions and tomatoes I have in there. LOL

Do not sweat the small stuff,my home is not immaculate it is lived in. I have a maid come 2 times a month to do the kitchen and bathrooms all that I have to do in the kitchen is the dishes an wiping the stove,my daughter does the toilets and bathtub once a week in the bathrooms. And between her and me the laundry gets done. I have all my meds for the week in a pill reminder and it is by my meter and insulin so things do not get forgotten or misplaced. So I think my life is pretty well organized. also I have a great doctor. He is so easy to talk too and very compassinate. sometimes i think he cares more about me getting better than I do.

Menu planning is my life saver.

We post on the frige our week's menu's. Makes it easy to shop because next to the dinner for that day, my "chefs" are supposed to write the shopping list of things they need. It works really well, and I can just plan my other meals that day around what I know we are havig for dinner. We all share the duty of cooking, so that also helps me a lot. Like right now, my step-daughter is grilling chicken and baking zucchini for dinner tonight...smelling good. And I am here, doing what I like most. Chatting with you guys.
