Last a1c was 7.5(never that high) new one 6.1
year end panel was very good. My HDL was 76 which is
like 26 points higher that the target oif 50. I told dr. I
deserve all totals . I worked real hard to get those.
I told her I was stopping for a cupcake on the way home.
This is such a nice place to come, if you are not having a
good target day.

congrats, I've tried so many diets & thing through life but since getting diabetes & simply choosing foods that would would be healthier & adding a walk to my daily routine. Diabetes has helped me improve my numbers also & lose weight.

I dont' know if I'm making my point here, but when it's about getting healthier, all the numbers fall into place.

I think that Diabetics tend to watch what they eat more as they have to-their life depends on it. Benefits are weight loss (with exercise) and feeling better with lower numbers.

Congratulations 10Fluffy you are working very hard to control the Devil (diabetes) and your #'s show it. I know you can't see it but I have a huge smile on my face for you :) :)
Keep up the great work,
