Yes I have. Even though I don't usually eat lunch, I always eat my breakfast and my supper. I am supposed to eat lunch because I have to take a blue and white pill to help with voices because the first pill that I take at breakfast only last for 7 hours.

I've wanted to - but never have.
I think alot of women (men as well) have wanted to at one point or another.

I've even thought that people who do have alot of strength and willpower.

I no longer believe that. We all know the health reasons not to. It's stronger in my opinion to do what you know is better for you, then what you want to.

Who knows that struggle better then a diabetic eh?

"Nothing good in life is ever easy" Or something like that!

I have just recently quit smoking, and i have learned, or rather am learning, to take each craving one at time. ANY craving. Cigarette, pasta, chocolate or starvation are all cravings for something. Just take them one at a time, one moment at a time.

We are only human. We have wants. We just have to make a choice.

Make the best one for you!

Starving does nothing but ruin your body. Depriving your body of what it needs is never useful. Depriving it of the junk it doesn't need is what you have to do to loose weight. Fill up on low calorie, neutrient rich foods and dump the junk.

Yes I have; while fighting mental illness, I became extremely anorexic for over thirty years, and destroyed a lot of my major body functions; heart, bowl, lungs, and much much more, and will always pay for it physically.
