I have a question that maybe someone else can answer. I had a ultra sound on the lower belly where the bladder is and the touching of my skin was so painful I could hardly stand her touching me. When I went home I mentioned it to my husband and he touched it and I just about hit the roof. IS ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCING PAIN WHEN TOUCHING THIS AREA??

I have terrible leg pain in the inner parts of the calf"s that is unbearable to touch when i bathe but i never had the pain in the lower belly before> does this mean I have either fibromyalgia or diabetic neuropathy in tht area. I do have both issues— maybe it spread.
Help Please with some suggestions.

((((Bonnie)))) that is a Pogo chat style hug :) Lyrica does wonders for my nerve pain. I have a little neuropathy but a lot of pain from damaged nerves in my back. Bonnie about a month ago I was having some severe pain issues after a surgery. My pastors wife was walking by while I was sitting on the front porch. She said "Take it to the Lord." I did the next day not only did my surgical pain subside but my back pain is tollerable now. This is not a testimonial site so I will stop here and hope I have not offended anyone.
God bless,

By all means talk to your Dr. about it. I have the same problem ove my entire body. The lightest touch drives me crazey from the pain. Funny thing is a nice firm touch does not hurt, just the opposite, it feels nice and soothing. I am on gabepentin for it, but it does little to help. I wish you luck with finding your answer and meds to help you. God Bless,

Yes since I already have fibromyalgia I think it might have spread there as well I have had fibro since I was in my early 20's so about 40 years andit has spread everywhere else. The diabetic neuropathy is newer to me only for about a year now. I think that developed not only from being heavy but I had to have my bladder fixed and my intestines sewed up from a rectaseal (spelling) two doctors worked on that, 13 weeks later my right knee went and then 7 months later the left knee went so with all the surgeries and the two knee replacements I think that is how I got the neuropathy. Either that or I may have had it longer and never knew it. I have it from the neck to the finger tips on both sides and then from the hips, lower back down to the toes. The doctor was so surprised I was walking he said it was so severe. Most days I can't walk but I am determined to use the days I can to make up for it.

Don't you ever feel like enough is enough , like you can't fit anothr thing in your body, and when are they going to give you a good diagnosis. Can somebody give me a HUG.

Bonnie, I agree visit your dr as soon as possible. From my research on fibromyalgia those might be indications of it but our bodies are so weird that I think a professional should check those areas for you. Let us know what you find out please.
God bless you,
