I have been taking cinnamon pills for over a year and it is not helping my diabetes, I am still taking it because believe it or not it helps lowering my cholestrol.

I know people that use Cinnamon and from what they say it has been helping them with their numbers and losing weight. Think I'll try it as well.

Hello Keith,

Please note that cinnamon has NEVER been a proven science, and does not work for everybody. I have taken up to 1000 mg of Cinnamon per day, and has done barely anything for my sugars. However, cinnamon does have many other health benefits. It maybe a good idea to take it with chromium picolinate, which also helps with insulin sensitivity. Good luck..

Howdy keith!
It depends on how your body reacts to Cinnamon. Some people claim cinnamon works for them, for others it doesn't work.
