Hey to my friends I was just wondering I remember reading that one of you had said that it was ok to drink a glass of wine with dinner but no one has said anything about wine coolers are they ok every now and then. Let me know what you all think! Your Friend Penny

I have a 1/2 glass of red wine about an hour before bed not with dinner. and it has helped my morning highs be lots lower. like this morning I was 101 when I got up, and i ate at a salad bar last night

I would think wine coolers would be full of sugar. I'll check it out and get back to this discussion :)
