What does that mean to you?
And what makes you feel that way, take that feeling and try to use it everyday. Like a visual calm scene; or a warm bath with bubbles and candles; a nice serene atmosphere, A walk in the woods; Or sitting by the beach; watching the stars. Something that can bring your mood up, and let you relax at the same time. There are also relaxation exercises; cd's with birds singing, animals, winds blowing, water flowing. There are so many things you can do to feel uplifted and relaxed. So find one, do it every day or at least every chance you get, and then own it.
This time of year, maybe you want to do something small for someone else in need. For me that would be very uplifting. I thought I would make some pumpkin, banana and cranberry breads today; for some of my less fortunate friends. And then pass them out, not just because it is the Holiday Season but because it is needed.
