Has anybody tried them? They are delicious! They have sugar in them so you have to be careful, but I like them.

Yes, I am talking about the fruit thins. They may be high in carbs and sugar but they are good and I only eat 1 or 2 and I otherwise adjust my diet. I do not know how many equals a serving size. I figure it is not meant for a diabetic anyways. The foods with artificial sweetners have their down side too so to promote a healthier diet, if I have a cookie, for example, I have the real deal. It tastes better and in smaller amounts is better for me than the artificial sweetners. I have managed my diabetes mostly with diet and exercise since I was dx'd over 5 yrs. ago. I was briefly put on metformin when my a1c went above 6 but it is lower or was at last check long ago and I was taken off the metformin. I am not on meds for diabetes now. I have a check up in mid Sept. We will see how I am doing then.

Are you talking about the Fruit Thins? If yes, the nutritional info ( on line at the nabisco site) states that a serving = 30 grams but they don't tell you how many thins make up the 30 grams. Maybe the actual box tells you. Is it one thin or two thins ???? One serving of the cranberry oat thins had 22 grams of carb. Too high for me to even buy them, although, I'm sure I would like them but I don't even want to be tempted.
