Always remember that diabetes is now a part of my life..
1. There will be days when you do not want to eat as you should, or days when my blood glucose discourages me.
2. There are no perfect days, but I have to continue moving forward with the right food choices and daily exercise.
3. I need to do my best to keep a positive attitude.
4. Remember, you are not perfect.
5. Make yourself a priority because no one else will for you.
Anybody have some other motivational tips you use for yourself????
