I get up at 4:15am Monday-Friday to be to work by 6:30am. I am not the type of person who can just get up, hop in the shower, and leave for work! I have to take the dogs out, feed and water them, check up on my grown kids on Facebook (!), and drink a cup of tea. Then it's time to get ready for work. I am always early for work, so I have my breakfast before I clock in for the day. I work at an answering service (very high volume), so it is not hard work, however, it is very stressful. Every day, starting around 9am or so, I get so tired, I feel as though I won't make it through the day. Something new for me is taking a nap in my recliner for an hour or two after work. Then I go to bed between 8pm and 9pm. This can't be normal. Any suggestions??
