Keeping Insulin Cool

The carrying case I purchased to keep my insulin cool is awesome - the ice pack that came with it not so much… This ice pack will only stay frozen for about 4 hours and that is sitting inside the insulated carrying case inside an air conditioned office. I live in hot, hot Florida and hope this diabetes / insulin thing doesn't slow me down too much. We love to go and do outdoors things so I need an icepack that is Florida heat proof for several hours at a time. Any suggestions?

Hi yes, I live in Bakersfield california where its common for 107 and above days. I went to MEDPORT website and ordered a special diabetic kit and it fits all supply and has gel pack that lasts all day long! Its wonderful! I use it all the time and in this heat it still stays cool!
