Pineapple rings with the cottage cheese. Haven't tried Greek yogurt yet. I usually buy the Yoplait Lite yogurts. Only 20g of carbs per container.

I only found Chiboni because I was looking for both live and active cultures for my husband after he was on antibiotics for an extended period of time. I fell in love with it. It is thicker, less sweet and packed with protein and good stuff. If you get the 0% fat ones it is even better. I often just get a tub of plain and add what I want.

With cottage cheese, I don't generally add anything. I do sometimes add some fruit and cinnamon. In the greek yogurt I love to add fresh fruit and some agave nectar. I also add some cinnamon in there. YUM Or sometimes I add just a bit of vanilla (all natural, because there is corn syrup in some brands) and then some stevia.

I LOVE cottage cheese! When I do buy it I buy multiple cartons of it. Like 2 or 3 at a time. My husband Tim says I'm "on a kick again" lol. I've tried the Greek yogurt and it is really yummy. I tend to like it spread on whole grain toast with a little salt and pepper. Oh, and my favorite way to eat cottage cheese is with a nice ripe tomato chopped up in it with a little salt and pepper.

I have Plain Greek yogurt every morning for breakfast. I spread two Wasa Light Rye Crisp Breads with sugar-free jam then top each with a big spoonful of the thick yogurt. Tastes like a pastry and I calculate that it's about 30 grams of carb. total. Sometimes, instead of the jam, I'll put the yogurt on the crisp bread and top with fresh berries or peaches. YUMMMM!

i dont eat the yogurt because i cant find the low carb here most of the time i eat cottage cheese plain sometime i cut up tomatoes in it you could add tomatoes and peppers but i dont like peppers :) and sometimes tomatoes and green onions hope this helps
