I have type 2 for the last ten years and it has been mostly on the high side. In recent days I am having both in lows right in the middle of the day. My BP was 120/90 the other day and 100/70 yesterday. Though I could,nt measure BG when it went low but I know when it,s low by itms usual indications. Can anyone explain this sudden change in BG and BP levels.?

I would speak to my doctor and see what he has to say. So many factors can influence these readings it would be difficult to guess. I think its best to speak with your doctor.perhaps changes in your routine, or more excersice, different diet all these things can effect your readings. Talking with your doctor is best to figure it out. Good luck and God bless

Thanks for the reply.I wish I had some natural control over my memory. I sometimes forget what food had I taken in the day or an hour before and that slows down the response to my own diet control. I thought Ginko biloba was good for memory too and have been taking it with the hope to have improved short term memory. I shall go to DOC anyway.Thank you.

You might want to log your meals, then if you can't remember them.

There's a saying I heard somewhere: "The weakest ink is stronger than the strongest memory"
