even when i was told i had diabetes my ac1 wasn't over 7 it was 6 something i just don't handle sugar fast enough is what i thought any ideas my ac1 has never been over 7

It sounds like your problem is something called impaired glucose tolerance meaning that extra glucose builds up quickly. I'm sure you will be ok as long as you follow a good diet that is reasonably low in carbohydrates. Make sure you see your doctor on a regular basis since this could become worse over time.

thank you i do go to the doctor every three months and test 4 time a day but doc told me i don't have to test but three days a week but i want to make sure i stay on top of it :)

Doctors always want us to test less, but I always point out that that is like going into the Sahara without a GPS… No way to know where you are, were you've been or where you're going.
