How do you all keep stress from messing up your BS #s. For about the past 5 or 6 weeks this source of stress was not around. Found out today that it's back tomorrow. I feel like a selfish little (ok not so little) bitch! I've been crying on and off since I found out this afternoon.
So when anyone here finds themselves with a lot of stress what do you do to keep it from affecting your BS.
