Today, I had some Cashews, Macadamias and Almonds (Cashew Lovers Mix). Sometimes I'll pick beef jerky since my protein level was down last lab report.

Today, I am going to deep fry the flies I have collected. Don't worry, we only use heart healthy oil. We dip them in diabetic safe butter, then coat them with a mixture of whole wheat flour, dill, jalapeno peppers (finely grated), salt & pepper.
Drop in the fryer for 20 seconds and sprinkle with cheese when they come out.
Enjoy!

I am taking orders for either the raw product, or the breaded product. The raw product is $18.00 per pound, approximately 22,347 flies to the pound. The breaded product is also $18.00 per pound, but only about 14,325 flies to the pound. Included with this offer is the new book (not even off the press yet) by jayabee52, "How to permanently cure Diabetes Type 1 & Type II, without really trying". This is normally a $129.00 value, yours fee if you call today

I think perhaps they'd get crushed to crumbs when you put them into your disc drive? And with all that oil and cheese and deep fat frying they might gunk up your hard drive once they get in there?

I am at work in the outdoor market today, and we packed carrots, dill pickles and a perierr water for snacks. My hubby gets the grapes. LOL. I usually cut up cucumber pieces but today it's carrots. I like the crunch.

No, I sell CD's for kids there. My garden is done for the summer. I ripped everything out and am getting ready for fall planting.

Mixed nuts…pistachios, walnuts, almonds, pecans and cashews. Maybe dried cranberries or raisins thrown in.

I was so hoping you were going to offer to make me something. I guess this isn't my day… but… I had an afternoon snack at my desk today: pistachios!!! I guess there's truth that you are what you eat because I am definitely NUTS. :)

I keep a list of snack options around which include popcorn, yogurt, meat sticks (slim jims / smokies), lunch meats or cheeses, string cheese, protein bars, and more. It helps with my shopping and those "what can I have" inquiries. While some of those mentioned snacks are not the healthiest of choices re: fat, sodium, etc. for me a snack is a treat and I definitely keep my eyes on practicing portion and self control. These little treats help me refrain from showing others what I would do for a Klondike bar!
