Has somebody read Dr. Furhman's book: "Eat to live." I am reading it and so far I have made some changes to my diet. I have lost 5 pounds already and I feel more energized and even though I haven't lost that much, my clothes do fit looser! I encourage you to buy it online, a used book, of course! and below are some of the advantages of following this diet. His famous anti-cancer soup is helping me improve my health conditions.

You will learn about the diet-style that I call Eat To Live because you want to:

maximize health and longevity.
reach your ideal weight.
reverse disease such as diabetes, hypertension and heart disease.
avoid unnecessary and potentially harmful medical interventions.
raise healthy children, safeguarding their future against autoimmune disease and cancer.

I have heard several good reviews on this book and saw him on PBS recently. I think his program is worthwhile.

Howdy MiMi!

I was not aware of Dr Furhman's book. I will have to check the library to see if they have it. When was it published? Please feel free to share the soup recipe with us in DC's recipes section. Sounds interesting.

Blessings to you and yours

James
