My blood glucose numbers seem to be slightly higher the day after I do muscle building exercise (like working with my weights or band) vs aerobic workout. (normal 99-101 vs 108-113) Does anyone else experience this? Anyone have a suggestion as to why this might happen?

Lol…probly more of a curiosity thing. I read something about when you work your muscles it causes tiny tears that is repaired with more muscle but when that happens hormones are released from the muscle. Now that could be all jibber jabber but who knows…
