Thanks for the info on my last question about being in denial. I did get with hospital and they have classes I can go to and learn how to get in control of being a diabetic.
Anyone have any suggestion's on this, I work nights 7pm-8am and on 4 off 4 days. I do good on my off days but I walk so much at night I hit the vending machines and I do take snacks of 15 carbs ea. But I can't seem to keep sugar in check . Either to low or to high. Stress at work doesn't help either.Any suggestions?
