Everything was o.k. and than when I start cooking and getting ready for company I sit take shot sit down and eat, then clean up. Start to feel strange and find blood glugose in 50's on meter. Now I start with 2 glugose tablets a couple of thin slices and ham, it goes up to 70. Now I'd like to go to bed so take couple small bites of bar and wind up with a 151 count. Really mad at myself. I can't believe lasagna would not keep glugose for supper count. The two cheeses ricotta and mozarrella where low fat. Where did I go wrong?
