After my work outs I test my blood because some times I feel real shaky and weak. I don't test right after working out about I do about 15 minutes later. I'm suprised to find out that my numbers are higher than when I started working out.

For expamle: I tested 2 hrs after eating dinner at 9:45 pm and my numbers were 136mg/dL. Than at about 10:45-11 pm I went for a walk around the block; about 1 mile or so. My numbers later after I got back and cooled off were 163mg/dL.

It was/is strange. I was wondering if/or how long do you have to wait to test after you work out? Also if this has happened to anyone else? I'd LOVE the feed back.

My guess is that you are seeing a partial liver dump because you may have gotten low during exercise and your body compensated. It's part of the bodies mechanism to keep us moving. Maybe if you have a protein snack before exercise it may prevent that.
