I know that the most important thing I can do for myself is to drop excess pounds. I have found in the last few weeks that if I eat a protein snack and exercise before eating, I have been losing weight easier and improving my blood sugar control.
I guess that not having the food available forces my body to burn the fat it has stored for energy, plus my body is signaling my muscels to use the excess blood sugar, so my levels stay pretty steady all day..
Do you think this is what is going on?
