Chuckle, giggle, baw-haw…however you do it, do it daily and do it a lot. It is one infection you will want to share.
I was watching a news story the other day that was featuring Yoga Laughter. Instead of ooulmmmms, there were giggles, face to face laughter and interaction. The founder of this was saying that our bodies don't know the difference between a real laugh or a fake laugh. So when we laugh, we release chemicals in our bodies that make us feel better. I forget the numbers she shared, but as children we laugh easily 75% more than we do as adults. What is wrong with that picture? Besides, you can burn some serious calories whit some good belly laughs.
I just have noticed that so many of us face depression and struggles. I thought that if you took just a few minutes a day and laughed out loud at something, anything…most likely our selves. Perhaps we could free ourselves of some of the gloomy gips.
So let's see more of those LOL's and LMAO's on here. He,he,he's are welcome and ha,ha,ha's are too.
