Are you truthful with logging your numbers from testing.

Absolutely!!!!! All the time. How can you get appropriate medical help if you are not truthful? How can you adjust your food intake or exercise or workload if you are not truthful? The only person you hurt is yourself. Think about it!!!!

I see my numbers a tools. They tell me if I am doing good or not. If I cheat, it is just a form of denial and will end up hurting me by not dealing with what they are telling me.

no I don't. I show my spread sheet of my monthly numbers to the Dr and I want him to see what my numbers are doing, good or bad. If bad I want him to see them so he can make a medically appropriate suggestion.

This is so true. Because sometimes we are doing all the right things and still our numbers are high. This can help us see that intervention is required.

i almost do something worse. My family is always asking what my numbers are, some days my BGs are just so up and down i ramble off a number so i don't worry them with another crazy number.
