Anyone have problems testing on the left hand one set of #'s and they are high, so a few minutes you decide to check the bg#'s on the right hand and they are much lower?

Wonder what causes this to happen…anyone know or experience this?

When my BS is off, I will check the other hand to see what it is..
It is always different , I can use the same blood and use 2 different meters and they will be 20 points apart.

The only thing I could think why that would be is whichever hand gets the freshest blood first might differ from the one which got the blood a few moments after. but that is only a guess on my part

You can get difrent reedings from the same finger some times
Before I test I wash my hands and let them dry well before testing
Bet wishes

I have had that happen. But as to why it happens, I have no clue, seems they should be about the same.
