I got some tonic water today,was wondering how much to drink at one time,Its in 1 litter bottles

I started drinking it and it helped that day. I drink it everyday. a liter every two days. It helped rid me of the leg cramps.

I just drink it with a little lime-for the taste. I just like how it tastes. Not for leg or foot cramps. Sorry. I don't know if it works for that!

I remember my mom telling me yrs ago that that was only good with gin - LOL! She thought gin smelled like bad perfume. But seriously, check the contents that it won't overload you in any way. I also remember hearing that there is quinine in tonic water - I have no idea what that does to normal people but remember it as something that ppl who have had malaria take!

I drank some tonic water plain an it taste awlfull,so i added sugar free lemon aide mix,It was good cleared my pain away in 15 to 30 minn cbeen 5 hours an no pain,I drank a coffee cup full,its high in carbs though

I checked at 12: 00. it was 100 b/s didnt need a shot check agine at 6:00 tonight.I get headacks an dizzy when b/ s is high

I read about tonic water on d/c just last week.someone was talking about it.so I thought id give it a try,im willing to try anything so i dont have to get pain killers
