Here is a question my doctor told me to be on a 1,500 calorie diet. Then once my A1C results came back they said 1,600 calorie. I am sticking to the 1,500 because I can barely hit that mark. But He also gave me a diet sample sheet about carb counting too. I mean its not that hard to do both but its a bit more time consuming for me.
What do you all do, Count calories or Carbs??
