I read a posting that a person has an app for their phone to store all of their medical information. Does anyone know what it is? I have an HTC Thunderboldt.

Check the app store on your phone. Motorola has an app called "On Track Diabetes" from GExperts, Inc. It allows you to track blood glucose, food, medication, blood pressure, pulse, exercise and weight. They also have a diabetes calculator called "DiaCalc" but there is no description of what it calculates. I don't have either of the apps. My meter tracks my blood glucose readings and I can upload those readings to my computer if I want.
