I think this a great idea to share with everyone who wants to lean carb exchanges. This will show everyone what they are consuming. Its shocking to realize how much one can consume at a time. Sometimes it seems overwelming . Just take little steps at a time to change your lifestyle. Its one day at a time. I think everyone will notice a big difference in their BG if they start counting carbs…
