First I want to thank everyone for making this "newbie" feel so welcome…and for your wonderful advise, especially the advise about my very high fasting BG#'s in the morning. Right before I got to bed at night I check my BG which is fairly low around 99…so I eat some graham crackers with peanut butter on it before I got to bed and my BG numbers have been great all week…ranging from 99 - 105! I guess my levels must drop really hard at night and I get that dump of sugar…Thank you..Thank you!! Starting out the day with fairly normal BG #'s helps me keep it in check for the entire day…
Now for another question…Just curious because I can't seem to find it anywhere…as a rule, what would be the amount of carbs that one should consume in one day…or is it dependant on age, sex and weight?
