Cherries or grapes, 12 to 15 1
Grapefruit, 1/2 medium 1
Honeydew melon,cantaloupe or watermelon, 1 cup 1
Orange Juice, 1/3 to 1/2 cup 1
Prunes, 3 1
Raisins, 2 tablespoons 1

Milk,Yogurt,Milk Substitutes
Milk,fat-free(skim), 1% or 2%,1c 1
Soy milk,low-fat or nnfat, 1 c 1
Yogurt,low-fat or nonfat, 3/4-1c 1

3/4 to 1 cup 2-3

And yet another great list! I hope someone beside me can use them. I like having a list to go by when making food choices.So now I have three for the fridge.
