Woke up this morning feeling a little strange. Tested my BG. Yikes!!! 56!!!Remembered a recent discussion where someone mentioned 1tsp of honey helped them out with lows. My husband had bought some honey yesterday. I added 1 to 2 tsps t my cornflake, sunflower seed, cashew and almond milk concotion. Worked like a charm I was 99 30 minutes later. 106 at 1hr. 97 at 2 hrs. Wasn't until 2 hrs after eaing that I remembered I actually have some OJ in the fridge. It is rarely on hand. Besides I had been craving the taste of honey for a few weeks.
