Carbalose and other low carb flours

I found Carbalose on the internet which claims to have 80% less carbs than wheat flour. Has anyone tried it or any of the other low carb flours on the market? Is there a difference in the taste?

Howdy Loretta! Welcome to DC!
I have only heard of carbalose and really hadn't researched further until now. I read a review site for carbalose flour here: You can probably find other review sites for carbalose flour on google too.

I don't have problems with gluten intolerance, so it isn't a big deal for me. I simply avoid most normal sources of carbs like breads altogether.

I do know a few people with gluten intolerance but had not been aware of this before.
