Howdy all, I have #2. I am taking 2 1000MG every day, about a year now. I am just learning how to take care of this (well, trying too). I used to drink around 3 to 4 cokes a day, lov fried food, chips, american frys, cheeseburgers with BACON. but I have gone cold turkey… AURGGGG. I have always drinked alot of water each day. My question is::::: Green tea, Is it good for me (or you)? Also about seafood, Is Shrinp Scampy, Crab legs, Oysters, ect. Good for ya? I have also noticed that, My belly has gotton smaller and I have been feeling better with-my-self.. seince I have stopped all of the COKES.. I know that I am asking a bunch of questions… Here is another one::: Is cooking outside on the grill better? Lov my ribs, chicken, fish, but just want to know how to cook it. One more::: Is STRESS bad for diabets?
