We all hear it from our physicians, "Exercise, lose a few pounds!"

But do we listen? (Yes, No, Maybe, Sometimes.)

After all we are healthy, aren't we?

Well as diabetics we are always advised to lose a few pounds to help regulate blood glucose levels.
Here is the link to a very interesting article that list the top 5 "killers" of men.

The number one "killer" has a direct link to diabetes if we are not careful.

Although I don't have a better half anymore, I have to agree. I do not keep up with my medical needs as I should. I think it is VERY good to have someone to help out with that. Till I find That person again, I will try my best. If anyone wants to do a buddy system to help each other out, I am here and will do my best to help.

As always an educational, inspirational and motivational post from MAYS. It is true that guys are usually the first to put ourselves last when it comes to the right things to do for our minds, bodies and souls. I know that I put off tests and appointments as long as possible and can't say that I follow doctor advice ALL of the time.

Ray, move over and make room in the boat for me!
I do the same thing at times, although I say that I will pay much more attention to myself, it's easier said than done!

Thank you, that was a very interesting article. My husband isn't always health conscious, so I watch out for him.

I am sure that he is grateful to you for it!
There is a reason why we (men) have a "better half," we need you.
Take very good care of him!
