Can I drink naturally flavored Seltzer water. Does anyone have any idea that could help me. If not what can I drink for gas.

If you're eating lots of artificially sweetened stuff, this might be causing your gas problems. The sugar alcohols (xylitol, malitol…look for any ingredient ending in "ol" and it's probably a sugar alcohol) are particularly prone to cause gas. When I stopped eating the sugar-free candies, I was a lot more pleasant to be around…and a lot more comfortable.

It is simply water with carbonation added and is also called sparkling water, carbonated water or seltzer. As long as the "natural" flavor is unsweetened by sugar, molasses or other sweetening agent…I would think it ok. However, IF you are using real OJ, Grapefruit or Lemon, Lime…check with your MD to be sure they do not interfer with your other medications ie Statins. Also store prepared flavors are artificial and often contain Splenda, Asparatame check the label. I'm no pro but I searched several sites and find no reason you could not use this product. Carbonation is not good for bones or teeth in large quantities or so I read. Hope this helps a little.

Thank you it helped a lot because I have a really bad problem with gas. It is emotionally draining not knowing. Since I joined this site I know what I can do to control my blood.

Some of the foods that cause me gas are beef (the poorer the quality, the better the gas!), PRETZELS, cabbage and related vegs. Beano works to help control it. I just wish I could bottle it and use it in my truck!
