Exercise is critical for weight control. Just 30 minutes each daily can affect your metabolism.
Write your food intake down in a journal-you can quickly spot what is causing weight to go up or down.
Eat breakfast-this is your main fuel for the day. If you eat breakfast, you are less likely to overeat during the day or snack on sugary items.
Stay motivated- Need to challenge ourselves to stick with the right foods and exercise in order to lose weight.
Stay accountable - By sharing your tips, success or your struggles you will find it easier to maintain good nutritional and exercise habits.

Weight loss is not a diet - It is a lifestyle!

Great tip. Love breakfast but my problem is around 4pm when I get the munchies. Have to get a little better control over that. When I first started I weighed 250 now I am around 198. My lowest was 194. My BG is under 115 and has been that way all month.

Good advice! Could you share some of your breakfast ideas? I am stuck in a cereal rut! Thanks!

my breakfast is simply 2 hard boiled eggs, because I am on a low carb high protein eating plan..

But there is no law which breakfast HAS to be what is traditionlly thought of as Breakfast foods. It could be vegetables and a meat whatever you decide, as long as you're not going carb heavy.
