Do you notice that you have indigestion more now than before. I used to nevet have indigestion and now I have it often. Might be some of my meds.

I have noticed if I eat an all vegetable meal I will get it. I think it is the broccoli for me. My veggies would be broccoli, spinacj, mushrooms, onion, and bell peppers mixed with Italian dressing.

I used to take an antacid pill with my moring pills every day. Since I have been adjusting my diet for my blood sugars, I rarely have it at all. I don't take anything for it anymore unless I have an episode, and they are very few and far between. I am so happy about that!

I too have eliminated most processed foods and eat a pretty low carb diet. I also try not to over indulge in anything, even good for me stuff. Too much also causes me to have heartburn.

I have noticed that I have been getting alot of heartburn, I never had heartburn except for when I was pregnant. That is not a possibility I know for a fact. So I was wondering, could it be from the Byetta or the Actos. I do not eat spicy foods so I am not sure what is causing it.

I am actually finding that I have it less!

I'm also on a very low carb diet, which could account for part of it.

I also know what types of food tiggers my indigestion - fried foods for one. I stay away from those and I'm fine.
