lowering cholesterol counting carbs eating wholewheat instead white refined products

you can lower your cholesterol by counting carbs and eating wholewheat products instead of refined white products like white bread white noodles white rice.regular sugar.did you these white products can really raise triglycerides more than bad cholesterol. i eat whole wheat products as much as possible eat sugarfree things and i lowered my total cholesterol from 214 to a range betwween 120 and 130.within 5 months. my totals the last 3 times it has been checked have been between that range .i feelgreat about this.this has been within the last 2 yrs it has been checking out this good.i have family history of high cholesterol of 5 people total that had high cholesrerol. i don't want to be oneof them.

This is a great example of what you can do whit simply changing the foods you eat. Isn't it amazing? There is so much more to nutrition than we think. Good for you and I hope you break the chain of high cholesterol in your family.
