I'm getting ready to go on vacation in just a couple of weeks and was wondering if anyone has any tips for me on how to keep in control while traveling a long distance. We will be driving from the Puget Sound area of Washington to Southern California in July. While there will be taking grandson to a couple of amusement parks which will challenge my low carb diet. A little worried about how all the walking on those days will effect my BG. Any suggestions?
