I have been thinking about using the Real Lemon concentrate and either Splenda or Stevia. Last time I made any it was before I was diagnosed with diabetes.
It takes about 6 and 1/2 cups water and 1 cup of Real Lemon. Then sweetener to equal about 1 cup sugar, or to taste. Have never tried making it with sugar substitutes, so am not sure how it would come out.

I accidentally stumbled into an Arby's restaurant the other day and was delighted to see Sugar Free Lemonade at their fountain. Hopefully more and more food manufacturers and restaurants will start getting the hint of the number of diabetics out there and those who are concerned with healthier food options. Ok, so I didn't accidentally stumble into an Arbys but it sure sounded good. Let your store and restaurant managers know what you need or want. I'd love to see more diabetic-friendly desserts and drinks and appetizers on the menus but sometimes you just have to ASK. Planning your meals (home or restaurants) can help you get your glucose under control. My latest kick … kid's meals. There's no doubt that I'm a big kid. I'd rather have a happy meal than a crappy meal.

Carl's Jr has the same sugarfree lemonade. Chick fil-A has their own brand of sugarfree lemonade too. It's a tarter tasting lemonade.

Try our recipe section to the left . It will take you to the recipes. On the search recipes, type in lemonade and it will give you 3 pages of lemonade recipes.

Hope this helps.
