Congrats on the weight loss! I've lost 12 pounds this month as I've just started testing and so I'm looking forward to losing more. Keep it up, you're doing GREAT!

Hi Shorty 31

I sent you a reply to your 2nd chamce article then I go to the discussion home page and I see "It's Jingling Baby." Last time I wanted to shed tears with you this time I just wanted to laugh (or Jingle), with you, Have you seen what your article has done to the presses? The number of DC members who are following right along with you are fantastic. You have truely lifted some spirits with your story. Don't let it stop. Every couple of months I want to open this discussion page and see an update from you. Don't forget to include your husband. Let us hear how he's doing.

I know you are somewhat proud of those jingles but if you want to firm them up a little the easiest way is to hold your arms out straight to the sides of your body and make circles. start slow and then get them going a little faster. But, remember before you do ANY type of exercise check with your Healthcare Provider first.

Good luck to you & Hubby. Hope to hear from you around the end of summer.

Geezo Shorty I had tears in my eyes reading this. Your family must love you soooo much and I know she is a complete stranger to me but I am soooo proud of your grand daughter she has a wise head on her young shoulders. Keep up the walking you may not feel any different for some time but believe me you will see a difference eventually just give it time and don't be impatient. lol

Congratulatinons on losing those dress sizes!

Praying you have success in your attempt to tone up your body! Just be patient with yourself. You will get better toned eventually.

I don't drink Pepsi as much as I used to either. I stopped drinking it altogether!

Blessings to you and yours shorty!
